New Country, New Job
PART 1:
I recently arrived in Melbourne, Australia in the hope of making some money before heading back to India. My friends had all talked about the country being the best place to go to make money, so I got my affairs in order and got here as quickly as I could. I picked up a women in my uber one day for a short 30 minute trip from town to an address. She got into the back seat and sat down, she had her hair loose, parted in the middle with brown tips. She had rather fair skin and immaculate make up with red lipstick and very expensive glasses. She was wearing a purple/pink saree which also looked rather expensive. As she sat down she introduced herself as Sonali in perfect english.
As I started driving she started conversing with me, we spoke about the usual stuff, where we were from, memories of India, and things like that (She was also from Punjab). Sonali was extremely polite and interesting. The conversation remained fairly mundane until I pulled up in front of her address, she leaned forward and asked;
'Beta, are you a virgin?'
I was taken aback by this question, never in a million years would I have expected a Punjabi lady with classy etiquette to ask a question. As I was gathering myself I noticed she was not wearing any wedding bands of any kind, and after a brief pause I said,
'No Auntie Ji, I'm not a virgin'
'Good' she replied
Sonali then handed my a slip of paper and said,
'If you really don't like this job as much as you say give me a call on that number, I can offer you something better, if your a brave man'

A few days passed and the slip of paper remained in the glovebox of my car. It wasn't till I had two shit work shifts in a row that I found myself sitting in the passenger seat of my own car playing with the slip of paper Sonali had given me. I nearly forgot what I was going to say,

At 7:45pm I was sitting in my car outside the address Sonali had provided, I had no idea what she was planning to offer me, but everything this women was doing was well out of the ordinary. At 7:55pm I couldn't wait anymore and walked up the path to the front door of the property, there I found a note stuck to the front door, it read.....

Following its traditions, Facebook may also look for ways to link the upcoming project to ads. A Facebook’s spokesperson was quoted by Bloomberg as saying;
“Like many other companies, Facebook is exploring ways to leverage the power of blockchain technology. This new small team is exploring many different applications. We don’t have anything further to share.”
Not only that, but Facebook is also said to be working on a cryptocurrency platform for its messaging app — WhatsApp with a key focus on transferring remittances. The messaging app will start experimenting with the cryptocurrency service in India and later on, it would be rolled to other important markets.
Last year in January, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg also vowed to learn about blockchain and said that he is
“interested to go deeper and study the positive and negative aspects of [encryption and cryptocurrency] technologies, and how best to use them in Facebook’s services.”
Facebook’s cryptocurrency is likely to be more stable as compared to the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum because it will be fixed with the dollar market. This should remove the perception of cryptocurrencies being highly volatile and unpredictable.
